Black Strap Chilli Blast! My very own hot weather beverage creation. Made with this sauce, I don’t know the English name, can anyone please translate? They cook the sauce with hot Thai chillies, the main ingredient is molasses. Maybe a little soy or fish sauce. One teaspoon over ice with club soda, and you’re in refreshment city.
