For nearly 20 years, I shot only in black and white. It was from the late seventies to the late nineties. I learned at the San Francisco Art Institute how to develop eight rolls of film all at once. I also learned how to bulk load Tri-X purchased in 100 foot rolls. That means I shot a lot of rolls of film, and hopefully gained some expertise in the process.
