Herstorical photo from the past! This is Damon Reiter, at the 2-25-97 Trannyshack, held at the STUD Bar.  Damon was a regular performer in the early days of Heklina’s still popular and running club night. He currently bartends, d jays, and v jays at Toad Hall in the Castro.

Don’t miss this Friday’s “Trannyshack Halloween”, with Heklina and Peaches Christ! Oct 26, 2012 at the DNA Lounge in SF CA.

Some hairstyles are just timeless. I still see this occasionally out at the clubs and street festivals.  It was very popular in the late seventies and early eighties as the punk rock movement was taking off.

This pic taken on Feb. 25, 1997, at “Trannyshak”, which was held at the Stud Bar every Tuesday night back then.

There may be a few hairdos like this one at Trannyshak Halloween, this Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at the DNA Lounge in always on the edge San Francisco.

This one’s been 6 long months in the making…I don’t think I’ve ever gone for so long without putting out a mix…so I’ve made this one really count! All my best music is in here, including my favourite and new remixes, edits and mash-ups. Some of this Summer’s biggest hits are in this, inc. a remix I did of JLo’s “Dance again” and a recent remix collaboration with DJ Brian Cua on Nicki Minaj “Starships”, which is one of the biggest club anthems right now. Also this mix truly showcases some of this season’s biggest progressive house tracks which feature consistently in my set lists right now, inc. a mash up I put together of Lula’s “This Is It”, Alex Acosta’s “Sonar” and Paulo & Jackinsky’s “Chicky Boom”.

Hope you guys enjoy this.

Special thanks to Kingsley Tan for the awesome album cover. I think this has gotta be one of the best album covers I’ve had!
